    You’ve come to the right place! The first step is to contact our team to discuss your site and requirements. We’ll review your plans, or do an on-site visit. Then it’s over to our design team to develop concepts and provide a full breakdown of costs.

  • Can I get a price list?

  • How much does a playground cost?

    We typically custom design every playground to best suit your site and requirements, so no two quotes are the same and vary greatly depending on the size, number of elements, material choice and more. Give us a call to discuss project requirements and we can give you a quick indication of price before undertaking the formal quotation process.

  • How do I get DWG, CAD or 3D files of specific products?

    If you can’t find the file you need via our websites, contact the team and we’ll ensure we get you the files you need.

  • Can I customise standard playground structures?

    Absolutely. Our playground structures are custom designed for each and every project to satisfy relevant age groups, total play area, budget and design aesthetics. Contact us to speak to a design consultant or to understanding more about the materials, colours, play elements and activities available. The options for customisation and creativity are endless.

  • What colours can I choose from?

    We have a large range of colours to choose on many materials including powder-coated, plastic and rope ranges, to name a few. Contact us to get the relevant colour chart and learn more about our customisation options.

  • What should I consider when choosing a playground?

    There are endless things to consider – too many to list! Besides the size, materials and aesthetics, you also need to consider what range of play elements will best entertain different ages and abilities. Our design team are experts in this field. Get in touch and we’ll work with you to design the right playground for your requirements.

  • Do you do indoor playgrounds?

    We have an extensive range of both indoor and outdoor playgrounds and equipment. Contact us to discuss which range and materials are best suited to your project.

  • What is your equipment made from?

    We use a wide range of high-grade materials such as galvanised steel, aluminium, stainless steel, plastic and ropes, as well as range of timber nature play equipment. Regardless of the range or materials used, we have a keen focus on the quality and durability of our products. Speak to team for detailed product information.

  • What is your lead time?

    Lead times vary greatly depending on project size and product type. We have a nation-wide footprint with multiple in-house factories, which means we have the ability to produce high-quality equipment at speed and scale. Speak to the team to find out specific lead times.

  • Where is your equipment manufactured?

    We’re proud to own and operate Australian manufacturing facilities. We have a number of in-house factories and warehouses in various locations including Perth, Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.

Installation

  • Do you install the play equipment?

    For most of our products, you can choose whether you want to install it yourself or have our team do it for you. Contact our team today to learn how we can support your installation needs.

  • Are installation instructions included?

    You’ll find most installation instructions available for download via our websites and are also provided upon product delivery. If you can’t find what you need, reach out to the team and we’ll be happy to provide instructions and support.

  • Can other contractors install your play equipment?

    Definitely. Detailed instruction manuals are provided with each item and are available online for most products. We recommend you only use experienced contractors, or PlayCo’s nation-wide installation team. If you have any issues with your installation or the instructions, please contact us.

  • Can I recycle an old playground?

    We offer a playground collection and take back program. Speak to the team to see if your project is eligible.

  • What regions do you install playgrounds in?

    We can install play equipment anywhere in Australia, including remote communities, in New Zealand and beyond.

  • What landscaping solutions do you provide?

    We offer landscaping solutions to cater to a wide variety of project requirements. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Site establishment and preparation
    • Retaining walls
    • Softfall surfacing (sand, bark, synthetic turf and rubber)
    • Edging (concrete, timber, rubber, sandstone / limestone blocks)
    • Turf reinstatement
    • Concrete paths and slabs
    • Flora including trees, shrubs and mulch

  • Do I need softfall for my playground?

    All playground equipment with a potential fall height of over 600mm requires an approved softfall material to be installed under and around it in accordance with Australian Standards. Speak to the team to better understand safety and compliance requirements.

  • What types of softfall do you supply?

    Depending on your project, we can either provide softfall or refer you to a trusted softfall provider. We offer all softfall materials that are compliant in Australia, including:

    • Sand
    • Bark
    • Synthetic turf
    • Rubber

    Sometimes a mix of different softfall surfaces can provide children with increased play value, as our synthetic turf and rubber can be designed to include games at ground level.

  • How long does it take to install a commercial playground?

    The installation time for a commercial playground varies greatly depending on factors such as the size of the playground and the site preparation required. While most projects will take longer, our modular playgrounds can be installed in as little as one day. We offer installation instructions and advice and, as part of The Play Collective, have a network of installation teams Australia-wide that can assist with your project as and when needed.   • Where do you deliver to?

    We can deliver products anywhere in Australia and New Zealand, including remote areas. Speak to us about other overseas locations.

Safety and compliance

  • How do you ensure the safety of your playground equipment?

    Our play equipment is fully certified, meeting the highest possible safety standards. We also offer compliance inspections and certification, so you can feel confident your playground is safe.

  • What safety standards do your products meet?

  • Do you offer safety inspections or audits?

    Yes, we recommend you book in annual safety inspections to ensure your playground is standing up to the rigors of play. Our safety and compliance experts work right across Australia and New Zealand and are available at short notice.

Maintenance and repairs

  • Can I get spare parts?

    Of course. As we manufacture all of our equipment in Australia, we can provide spare parts throughout the life of your playground. Just contact us to let us know what you need.

  • How much maintenance is required?

    Our commercial playgrounds are designed to be as low-maintenance as possible. We use extremely durable materials that are easy to clean and maintain. If you do have any damages or repairs, get in touch with the team and we can assist with spare parts and maintenance.

  • What are the ongoing costs of maintaining a playground?

    Given the quality of our play equipment, repairs are a rarity. However, if there is wear and tear, we’re always available for speedy inspections and repairs. Simply give us a call to explain what needs fixing and we’ll provide a quote.

  • Do you offer maintenance services?

    Absolutely. Let us know what you need and we’ll get on it right away.

  • How do I know which PlayCo brand to contact?

    Each of our brands specialises in specific industries, as outlined below. If you can’t see your industry or are unsure, simply contact PlayCo via our website and we’ll direct you to the right team. Either way, we share products and capabilities across the group.

  • What items do you have in stock?

    As we are a commercial manufacturer, all orders are made to order so we do not hold stock of complete items. We do however offer fast, local manufacturing and hold spare parts for replacement. Contact the team to learn about product lead times.

  • Do you supply play equipment to the general public?

    No, our brands specialise in supplying high-quality play equipment to commercial customers.

  • Who do I contact for media enquiries and opportunities?
